Dear UnionPay Members and Partners:

CDRS (Dispute Resolution System) has been redesigned and enhanced to improve usability and optimize system performance. 
The new restructured CDRS is planned to be launched on March 29, 2024. Please refer to below for further information about the new system.

1. System Upgrade Arrangement
(1) System Functionality 
All current functionality of CDRS will continue to be offered in the new system. Existing CDRS users will automatically be granted access to the new system with the same user privileges using the same URL and current user credential.

(2) System Improvements
The improvements for the new system include new user interface designs and new screen navigation options. The processing procedures will not be changed.

(3) Transition Period
After the new system is launched, a transition period will be set for the new and old versions of CDRS. Users will find two menus as Dispute Resolution System and Dispute Resolution system (New) after logging into CDRS portal and will be able to access both systems for approximately two months. During this time, Users should familiarize themselves with the new system for dispute processing and make plans to use only the Dispute Resolution System (new) by the end of May 2024. Once the old Dispute Resolution System is retired, users will no longer be able to access this version.

(4) User Manual and Training
New version of CDRS User Manual and Introduction are available to be downloaded from CDRS portal. Online live courses for new Dispute Resolution System will be conducted from April, 2024 and afterwards. To register and enroll in the online live course, please visit https://360workshop.unionpayintl.com/360workshop/

2. CDRS User Preparations 

(1) Upgrade Web Browsers
The new CDRS will only support Chrome and Edge browsers. Please install Chrome or Edge browsers in advance if you are not using any of these two browsers.

Browsers Supported,
Old CDRS: IE9 and above, Chrome 83 version and above, Edge 89 version and above.
New CDRS: Chrome 83 version and above, Edge 89 version and above.

Note: Before the new version is launched at the end of March, members can use IE browser, Chrome browser, and Edge browser to log into CDRS; After the new version is released, all users must use Chrome or Edge browsers to log into CDRS.

(2) Install Certificate Extension 
For CDRS users who are using certificate to for CDRS access, if you currently are not using Chrome or Edge to access the system, it is highly recommended to log in to CDRS portal using Chrome or Edge browser before the end of March to update the digital certificate extension. Please refer to the attached guide for installing certificate extension.
For CDRS Users who are using token for CDRS access, there is no need to install the certificate extension.
