UnionPay Members and Partners: 

The Unionpay CDRS (Dispute Resolution System) has migrated from Unionpay International Institution Business Portal (https://portal.unionpay.com/) to the UnionPay Open Platform (https://open.unionpayintl.com) since December 10, 2025. CDRS users can log in to the new platform with current login credential.

The old platform will run in parallel with the new one until the end of January 2026. After that, CDRS users shall only visit UnionPay Open Platform to login CDRS. To ensure a smooth transition, please do the following preparations before accessing to new platform:
1) Familiarize yourself with the new platform's URL and login steps. Please refer to ‘CDRS Login Guide on UnionPay Open Platform’.
2) Install new certificate CryptoKit and Extension (for certification users only)
Certification users shall switch new certificate CryptoKit and Extension in advance. Please follow ‘Certificate CryptoKit and Extension Installation Guide’.
Token users do not need to install the new certificate CryptoKit and Extension.
