UnionPay Members and Partners: There will be a system upgrade for CDRS on 30th Nov., 2019 as per the UnionPay International Operating Regulations (June 2019) and optimization requested by other institutions. During this period, CDRS and CDRI platform will be suspended and all users may not submit disputed transactions. Please be notified of the following system upgrade: 1. Please find the schedule for the upgrading as below: (1) From 21:00 30th Nov., 2019 to 00:00 1st Dec., 2019. (GMT +8) (2) For dispute processing cycle followed new dispute rules, please refer to the attachment 1. 2. Transitional period Proposal (1) New dispute rules should be followed since 1st Dec., 2019. (2) Dispute resolution cycle will differ according to First Chargeback status: 1) No First Chargeback initiated against the transaction before 1st Dec., 2019: New dispute resolution cycle should be followed since 1st Dec., 2019. 2) A First Chargeback initiated against the transaction before 1st Dec., 2019: If the First Chargeback settled before 1st Dec., old dispute resolution cycle should be followed. If the First Chargeback settled on or after 1st Dec., new dispute resolution cycle should be followed. Please refer to the attachment 2 for more Transitional Proposal. Please pay close attention to the above dispute rules, operation and system adjustment. Please kindly complete all urgent disputed cases in time to avoid any breach of dispute resolution time frame.
