UnionPay Members and Partners: 

Unionpay CDRS (Dispute Resolution System) will be migrated from Unionpay International Institution Business Portal (https://portal.unionpay.com/) to the UnionPay Open Platform (https://open.unionpayintl.com) in December 2025. The exact migration date will be announced in December. Please pay attention to the upcoming notice. CDRS users can log in to the new platform with current login credential after it goes live.

The old Unionpay International Institution Business Portal will go offline in January 2026. The old platform will run in parallel with the new one until the end of January 2026. After that, CDRS users shall only visit UnionPay Open Platform to login CDRS. To ensure a smooth transition, please do the following preparations in advance:
1) Familiarize yourself with the new platform's URL and login steps. Please refer to ‘CDRS Login Guide on UnionPay Open Platform’.
2) Install new certificate CryptoKit and Extension (for certification users only)
Certification users shall switch new certificate CryptoKit and Extension in advance. Please follow ‘Certificate CryptoKit and Extension Installation Guide’.
Token users do not need to install the new certificate CryptoKit and Extension.
